Are there any special instructions for the relaxation area in the spa?
The relaxation area is a place of peace and relaxation. In the rooms you will find a personal wellness bag with bathrobe. Additional towels are available directly in the spa, sauna and pool area. We would like to ask you not to reserve loungers by placing towels on them in order to give other guests the opportunity to use them. The entire relaxation area is a non-smoking zone and also a place of rest. Please be so kind as to switch off your mobile phone.
What are the clothing recommendations for using the fitness centre and swimming area?
The gym should only be used in functional clothing and clean trainers. Please remember to wear non-slip bathing shoes in the bathing area.
Are there any special requirements for the sauna area, the pool area and the fitness centre?
The sauna area is the only textile-free zone. We ask you to wear swimwear in the entire pool area and to shower before swimming. Please also observe the pool rules. Children and young people under the age of 16 may only use the pool, sauna and fitness studio if accompanied by a parent or guardia
When is the best time to book my spa treatments?
As some treatments may be fully booked, we would like to encourage you to make reservations as early as possible. Even before your arrival. We will be happy to send you a confirmation of the reserved dates. Possible changes can of course occur, but we emphasise reliability. You will receive your binding schedule when you arrive. Incidentally, the day of arrival is also the ideal day to inform us of any further requests. Then we have the best chance of fulfilling them.
What do I need to say when booking applications?
To ensure optimum treatment success, please inform our staff of your state of health when booking your treatment. Contraindications may include, for example, high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or the use of medication. Please contact our staff in confidence.
What happens if I have to cancel my booked spa treatment at short notice?
If you are unable to make use of your booked treatment at short notice, please let us know up to 24 hours before your appointment. We will then cancel your appointment free of charge. Please understand that we will have to charge 100% of the treatment price for later cancellations. We also ask for your understanding that we cannot postpone or extend your wellness or relaxation time if you are late.
