Is there a free transfer from the airport or railway station to the hotel?
The hotel does not offer free airport or railway station transfers. If required, please contact our reservations team.
When is check-in/out possible?
Your room will be available to you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Tip for your day of arrival: Until your room has been released by our housekeeping staff, you are welcome to have a drink at our bar. You are also welcome to leave your luggage at reception before your room is released. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Are parking spaces available at the hotel?
Sufficient parking spaces are available on our hotel grounds. The following charges apply when using the car park:
Outdoor car park: €10.00 per night (cannot be reserved).
Car parking space in the garage: € 15.00 per night.
Are there charging stations for e-cars?
There is a charging station for electric vehicles in the garage. Please contact our reception team.
Is there a shuttle to the ski lifts?
Yes, in the winter season there is a free ski shuttle to the ski lifts in Kitzbühel in the mornings. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing winter holiday in our boutique hotel!
Are there storage facilities for skis or other sports equipment?
You have the option of storing your skis and sports equipment in our ski cellar.
Are there bicycle parking facilities or a bicycle hire service?
You have the option of storing the bicycles you have brought with you in our bicycle cellar. Charging stations for e-bike batteries are also located there. Our reception staff will be happy to provide information. From mid-April to mid-October, we are also happy to offer our guests the opportunity to hire e-bikes from us for a fee.

What are the breakfast times?
An extensive, lovingly prepared breakfast buffet awaits you every morning in our restaurant. Our buffet is available to our guests every morning from 7.30 am to 11.00 am.
Can I bring my dog with me? Do I have to pay extra for my dog?
Your four-legged friend is very welcome and costs € 15.00 per night, per dog. It is essential that you register your dog when you book. We ask dog owners to observe our house rules so that even people who have reservations about dogs can enjoy a relaxing holiday and our staff feel comfortable at work.
I have food intolerances, how does the hotel deal with this?
If you suffer from food intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking. We will then be happy to pass this information on to our kitchen and restaurant team. We look forward to spoiling you with culinary delights.
